For the last five years, I've been wearing the hat of a scrum master, closely working with my company's software development team
Prior to taking on this job, I used to think that software developers would be very smart because writing code requires one to be logical
But I have found that not to be true. The software developers that I work with are one of the dumbest people in my life with the worst communication and comprehension skills
It’s a pain to have the daily scrum meeting, trying to get them to understand the requirements and facing the dumbest of the dumb questions from them
Important context: They are all Indians
