Two types of people should refrain from debate:
1) One who knows that the opponent is ignorant
2) One who knows that oneself is ignorant
I can understand the latter lacking restraint, for it takes a degree of intelligence to even know that one doesn't know. But there is no excuse for the former to not exercise restraint. It is stupidity
